What types of tours do you offer?

We offer a variety of tours including adventure, cultural, nature-based, tubing, zip-lining, Mayan ruins, wildlife and local experiences.

Where are you located and do you offer pickup services?

Our main office is located in Stann Creek Belize. We offer hotel and cruise port pickups in most major areas and we accept tours from Belize City. Contact us to confirm pickup availability.

What’s included in the tour price?

Each tour includes transportation, a licensed guide, entrance fees, and water. Please check individual tour pages for specific inclusions.

How do I book a tour?

You can book directly through our website, by phone, WhatsApp, or email.

What forms of payment do we accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and cash (USD or BZD). Some tours may require a deposit to confirm.

Do I need to pay in advance?

Some tours require a deposit to secure your spot, especially during peak seasons. Full payment can often be made on the day of the tour unless otherwise stated.

Can I book last-minute tours?

Yes, we accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability. Please contact us directly to check.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Tours cancelled within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety is our priority. If we cancel a tour due to weather, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Are your tours kid-friendly?

Yes! Many of our tours are suitable for children and families. Contact us directly to ask us for recommendations.

What should I bring on the tour?

We recommend bringing sunscreen, insect repellent, comfortable clothing, water shoes, a hat, and a camera. Some tours require swimsuits and towels.

Is transportation provided from my hotel or Airbnb?

Yes, we offer pickups from most hotels and Airbnb locations. Additional fees may apply for remote areas.

Are your tours suitable for people with mobility issues?

Some tours are accessible, while others may involve hiking or uneven terrain. Please let us know your needs and we’ll suggest the best options.

Do I need my passport or ID on the tour?

For local tours, ID is not required.

Are your tours safe?

Yes. All tours are led by certified, experienced guides and follow national safety guidelines. Your safety is our top priority.
